Roundworms

Roundworms/nematodes , is a worm that lives in freshwater or polar water and seawater, with it occupying 90% of all life seafloor.there are about 28000 different definable types of roundworm alone, 16000 being parasitic.it has a digestive tract that starts and ends from both sides. they reproduce through sexual reproduction ,maturing with length and age.

they can spread viruses like Ascariasis, which causes coughing , shortness abdominal pain and nausea , through infiltrating the anus and living in the intestines.

  2. 1.When the adult worm is ready to lay eggs, it comes out through the skin. A blister develops, usually on the legs of feet, and becomes an open wound.
    2.Symptoms start about one year after infection.
    3.When the wound is submerged in water, the tip of the worm emerges to lay its eggs. Symptoms include pain and swelling at the site of the wound.
